After Hurricane Sandy devastated the East Coast, New York City developed a $20 billion plan to build a climate change resilient city. Significant progress has been made in rebuilding efforts since the beginning of the project in 2013. But in the wake of climate change, the city is “going to have to have to get more comfortable living with water,” says Daphne Lundi.
